You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your mi888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mi888 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to adequately secure your Account credentials.
You must notify mi888 immediately via live chat or the support email address if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. mi888 reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.
You may request closure of your mi888 Account at any time by contacting mi888 customer support. mi888 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet balance (subject to completed verification and wagering requirements on any active bonus) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method.
All deposits to your mi888 Wallet are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mi888 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. mi888 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks on deposits above specified thresholds.
Withdrawal requests are available to Members who have completed the mi888 identity verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified bank accounts held in the Member's own name. mi888 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests. mi888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All transactions on the mi888 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If you fund your Account using a payment method that operates in a different currency, the conversion rate applied will be that of the relevant payment processor, and mi888 is not responsible for any exchange costs incurred.
